    DONA DELFINA PINK, it is wine pink quiet of Roandi.Elaborated from selected grapes of MENCIA and ALBARELLO, he made a maceration at low temperature and a light pressing to get the bright color characteristic of this wine. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tank at a temperature of 16ºC, getting a wine very aromatic, fresh and lively.Nice raspberry color, with nuances of roses, clear and bright. Intense on the nose, with memories of red fruits like currants, cherries, strawberries or raspberries. I remember floral roses. The palate, it is soft, fresh and balanced.

    Made with the variety GODELLO, one of the oldest varieties in the world. The wines of this variety, are the wines very structured, broad and long on the aftertaste. The vineyards lie on land that dominate the slate slabs and the xistos. Orientation south, and altitude between 500-600 meters.DONA DELFINA, is prepared by selecting strictly the grape, adjusting pre-production in strain to not more than 3 kg/strain, with appropriate pressures for the obtaining of the wine, yolk of great quality. The processing is done in stainless steel tanks and after a period of resting in bottle, comes out to the market to show its freshness and vividness.Straw-yellow colour, bright. Aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, on a background of aromatic herbs. Refreshing. In the mouth repeats the sensations of the nose, large entrance, very fruity and fresh.
