6- Returns and Cancellation Policies

6-1 Return Merchandise:

Our policy, compliance with regulations, is grant the right to return any purchased item in The Home wine Cellar in the term of 14 days from the date of receipt. No need to provide any explanation, any article, purchased in The Home Winery, returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado. Within a period of 30 days of the receipt of the return, The Home Winery is committed to your refund. Before making the return, you will have to notify the department customer Care. If the reason for the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the request in order, The Home Winery shall bear the expenses of return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the request is not satisfied, we will refund the amount.

6-2 Cancellation of order:
