Processes wine used in its preparation have been adequate in order to respect the typicity varietal.The wine Javier Vasallo maintains the balance of the primary aromas of fruit of the native varieties of their origin: Treixadura, Godello, Albariño and Loureira and spicy aromas provided by a subtle wood, they convey the flavor and the aroma of this earth: Ribeiro.The harvest of 2015, will the history of the Ribeiro as one of the best in quantity and quality. We gathered 3.000 pounds of grapes of an extraordinary quality that allowed us to bottle 2.300 bottles, all of them numbered on label and back label.
