Adega Don Bernardino you have more than 50 years of history producing wines of the Ribera Sacra. The wine Don Bernardino Young,it is produced in the own wine cellar, which is located in an ancient building of stone, in Sta. Cross Brosmos, in the municipality of Sober province of Lugo. It was renovated and modernized in the year 1.999, equipping it with the latest technology in winemaking. Since then and until the present day, it produced wines of great quality, due to their careful, special and artesal selection of the raw material. -

Mencia red wine: Ribeira de Balboa
Winery founded in 1992, beginning his career in the D.O. in 93. This winery has been gradually increasing its capacity from 30.000 initial liters to 500.000 Current, becoming one of the largest in the Ribeira Sacra. The grapes that made wines are mainly from the banks of the Miño passing through Panton. Cata: Intense cherry icing, bright meniscus. Aroma right intensity, with some notes of bitter almond. The palate is light, soft, highly polished, with a fairly crisp acidity and a sufficient end.
