Wine Nice to meet you Sebastian 2014 Rias Baixas – Adegas Castro Brey
“A Rias Baixas different, fresh and fun, for any occasion”. Nice to Meet You Sebastian is a white wine of the D. O. Rías Baixas produced by Adegas Castrobrey. Nice to Meet You Sebastian is part of the collection launched by Adegas Castrobrey to celebrate their 30 years of operation. Every add wants to be a tribute to a city with which the winery keeps a special relationship. This year has been the turn of san Sebastian. The grapes of Nice to Meet You Sebastian comes from selected strains of the upper area of the farm cellar. The soils are clayey-loamy and base-granite. After the harvest, the grains of Albariño macerated 12th of temperature on fine lees Godello and Treixadura. This process lasts about two months, during which they are performed battonages weekly. After this phase, the different varieties are assembled, and begin a minimum of six months in stainless steel tanks. Before marketing, Nice to Meet You Sebastian rests for a further three months in bottle. Color: straw-yellow, clean, bright and intense with touches of green. Wine Veiga da Princesa Albariño 2016
White wine produced in its entirety with the grape variety Albariño from the estate of 18 acres in the County of Tea, within the Rías Baixas designation of origin. The driving of the vineyard to develop the Veiga da Princesa White is in trellis, that allows the grapes are perfectly aerated sunny, and the ideal characteristics of the terrain, granitic avoid a large part of the phytosanitary treatments, and provide a few musts of low acidity naturally.

The Tower of Fornelos, located in the margins of one of the parcels of Farm Morgadío, dating back to S. XI , and it served as a watchtower for the “raia” or the border with Portugal. Morgadío 2014 is a young White Wine made with Albariño grape in the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin by Adegas Morgadío. The Wine has remained 2 months in contact with its lees and 3 months in bottle before marketing. The albariño grape comes from vineyards with an average age of 30 years old. The grapes are processed as maximum 30 minutes after being harvested. After a mild crushing, and once the must-yolk, fermentamos the musts of each plot separately and at a controlled temperature of not more than 15 ° . Clean, bright. Straw-yellow with touches greenish.
