Rias Baixas

Rías Baixas is one of the five denominations of origin of wine existing in Galicia (Spain). It was created in 1980 as a specific denomination and in 1988 it was recognized as an appellation of origin.
The vineyards occupy an area of around 2.700 ha, that belong to 180 wineries. This appellation is the largest producer in galician, since 55 of its wineries produce more than 25.000 liters and about twenty outweigh the 75.000. The total production exceeds the 10 millions of litres.

Then, followed by fermentation, reared on lees. Hence, final result: a live taste, powerful and well-structured.
