The harvest in our vineyards is characterized by the magnificent state of health of the albariño grape, one of the best in recent years. Its wine production is 80.000 liters annually and varietals are Albariño, Laurel, Treixadura and Caíño. -

The conjunction of several indigenous strains of O Rosal vineyard, presents Albariño Santiago Ruiz O.D.. Rias Baixas. Its distinctive yellow color with greenish reflections show, clearly, one of the best and most prestigious brands of wines from Galicia, both quality, and exquisite flavor. In its manufacturing process, after macerated different varieties (Albariño, greater proportion, mixed with Loureiro, Caiño White, Treixadura and Godello), grapes are pressed under controlled pressure in an automatic press. Then, followed by fermentation, reared on lees. Hence, final result: a live taste, powerful and well-structured. Ultimately, Santiago Ruiz is an intense wine, which mates with multiple prescriptions and, after tasting, transferred to the dream world of the landscapes of Galicia.
