  • Viña Tondonia Blanco Reserva 2009

From the vintage 2019, Raimat Blanco's Flight of the Soul becomes ecological, betting on biodiversity, balance and respect for the earth.
    DEVELOPMENT (VINIFICATION)
    After pressing, the wort is cooled below 10 ºC so that the decanting static was able to preserve its primary aromas. Then, the must fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC during 2 the 3 weeks. The three grape varieties are fermented separately. After the fermentation and clarification processes, the final mixture was made for Vol d'Ànima de Raimat Blanco Ecológico.

    Vol d Ànima de Raimat Blanco is a wine that can pair with a wide range of foods, as can be caps (squid, squid, bravas, spatter, Russian salad, etc.), pasta and rice creamy, white fish and seafood. It is also great with birds.

  • Wine Veiga da Princesa Albariño 2015

    White wine produced in its entirety with the grape variety Albariño from the estate of 18 acres in the County of Tea, within the Rías Baixas designation of origin. The driving of the vineyard to develop the Veiga da Princesa White is in trellis, that allows the grapes are perfectly aerated sunny, and the ideal characteristics of the terrain, granitic avoid a large part of the phytosanitary treatments, and provide a few musts of low acidity naturally.

    This dispenses with the malolactic fermentation and in Veiga da Princesa respects her delicate varietal aroma and fresh taste characteristic. Color-lemon yellow, it has floral and fruity aromas, intense with marked varietal character. In the mouth it has fresh, untuoso, floral and fruity.

    DONA DELFINA PINK, it is wine pink quiet of Roandi. Elaborated from selected grapes of MENCIA and ALBARELLO, he made a maceration at low temperature and a light pressing to get the bright color characteristic of this wine. Persistent in the mouth, with a bitter end, characteristic of the variety GODELLO.
