Wine Veiga da Princesa Albariño 2016
White wine produced in its entirety with the grape variety Albariño from the estate of 18 acres in the County of Tea, within the Rías Baixas designation of origin. The driving of the vineyard to develop the Veiga da Princesa White is in trellis, that allows the grapes are perfectly aerated sunny, and the ideal characteristics of the terrain, granitic avoid a large part of the phytosanitary treatments, and provide a few musts of low acidity naturally.
This dispenses with the malolactic fermentation and in Veiga da Princesa respects her delicate varietal aroma and fresh taste characteristic. Color-lemon yellow, it has floral and fruity aromas, intense with marked varietal character. In the mouth it has fresh, untuoso, floral and fruity.

Aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, on a background of aromatic herbs. Refreshing. In the mouth repeats the sensations of the nose, large entrance, very fruity and fresh. Persistent in the mouth, with a bitter end, characteristic of the variety GODELLO. Following the guidelines of Payments Galir, Godello lees, Bodegas Virxe de Galir elaborates a limited production of bottles of this wine 100% variety Godello, from a selective breeding of 6 months in French and american oak where it combines the fructuosidad with the roasted nobles of the barrels. Yellow gold, with green highlights. Very varietal nose, fresh and floral, with notes of white fruits and a slight touch of raisins and lemon. Nuances of toasted wood due to the contact of oak. Very dense, long and fresh in the mouth, with the taste of the fruit back and floral notes. A strong character and complex. -

Clean and sparkling wine, Straw yellow with greenish hues. On the nose presents an intense aroma, joining perfectly fruity and floral notes, highlighting the apple and stone fruit (apricot). In the mouth the freshness typical Albariño, with an acidity very tight and balanced with the structure and body of the wine. Sípido, sweet and satiny. -
