Morgadío 2014 is a young White Wine made with Albariño grape in the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin by Adegas Morgadío. The Wine has remained 2 months in contact with its lees and 3 months in bottle before marketing. The albariño grape comes from vineyards with an average age of 30 years old.
The grapes are processed as maximum 30 minutes after being harvested. After a mild crushing, and once the must-yolk, fermentamos the musts of each plot separately and at a controlled temperature of not more than 15 ° .
Clean, bright. Straw-yellow with touches greenish. High intensity of fruit of white pulp type pear, apple, peladillo and melon. Notes of white flower (hawthorn). Light tip of bubble, step sweet and intense driving sweet; balanced with their acidity. Retro nasal fruity, and citrus.
