Mencía Wines – Roandi Domus
Or a LARGE BANNER is our first young red, developed with the enthusiasm and excitement that precedes a new wine.
100% Mencia, from selected grapes, fermented in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 23º, performs a pre-fermentation maceration at 4º to further leverage its aroma.
Young wine, lightweight and with a taste pleasant which attracts by its softness in the mouth. Clean and bright, color purplish red; on the nose, reminiscent of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, having an end mouth that invites you to repeat.

Made with the variety GODELLO, one of the oldest varieties in the world. The wines of this variety, are the wines very structured, broad and long on the aftertaste.
