Young wine, fruity, fresh and friendly, from grapes of the variety Albariño, from vineyards of more than 30 years of the area of Salnés. The harvest is performed from the 2nd fortnight of September. The grape is harvested by hand and transported to the winery in boxes of 18 kgs in less than 2 hours, from your collection to process. This whole process is done in inert atmosphere, to avoid oxidation and chemical and enzymatic, to obtain the greatest amount of aroma and freshness.
