    The new mencía Viña Costeira is a wine grape Mencía, Sousón and Garnacha from old vines, developed on the banks of the rivers Sil and Bibei. The flavor of the highlands of Valdeorras, in a red wine noble and polyvalent.

    It is made from the selection of the grape, the harvest is done manually in boxes, the selection of clusters in table, crushing and de-stemming at a low speed. Its fermentation is directed to 27º C and the pressing early with pressures very soft.

    Cherry red color with reflections purple. A medium-high layer and tear abundant. On the nose, elegant and complex, notes of red berries and forest blueberries ripe with funds spiced. In the mouth the palate, glyceric, well-structured, with sensations minerals that evoke the landscapes nobles of Valdeorras. Long finish and deep red fruits.

    An excellent Godello from the cellar To Covered, fermented on the lees in steel tanks for 8 months and matured in bottle. The grapes harvested in its maturity point; a wine that is appreciated for its good acidity, a certain smoothness and breadth of aromas and flavors.A wine fruity greenish-yellow, with a wide volume in the mouth, that will evolve favourably for a few more years. On the nose teaches aromas of ripe fruit (apricot) and white flowers. In the mouth it is soft and somewhat unctuous, round and with good acidity. Long finish.

    Clean and sparkling wine, Straw yellow with greenish hues. On the nose presents an intense aroma, joining perfectly fruity and floral notes, highlighting the apple and stone fruit (apricot). In the mouth the freshness typical Albariño, with an acidity very tight and balanced with the structure and body of the wine. Sípido, sweet and satiny.

    Ribeiro is very well-balanced, lightweight and fresh result of the elegant blend of white grapes. Crushing and Kryomaceración prefermentiva at 16ºC. Bleeding of the best must. Clarified to remove the particles more coarse. Racking. Fermentation at low temperature to prevent evaporation of the aromas.After the fermentation, if centrifugal, getting the feature brilliance. Before bottling performing a micro-filtration (membrane 0,65 microns) in order to eliminate the microorganisms existing, getting in this way a perfect sterilization.Pale yellow with golden reflections. Clean and bright. Nose frank and intense. Rich in aromas of white fruit and a background of citrus. With notes of dry grass and white flower. In the mouth it is lively, intense and sweet. Fresh and well balanced. Long finish and pleasant.

    Made with the variety GODELLO, one of the oldest varieties in the world. The wines of this variety, are the wines very structured, broad and long on the aftertaste. The vineyards lie on land that dominate the slate slabs and the xistos. Orientation south, and altitude between 500-600 meters.DONA DELFINA, is prepared by selecting strictly the grape, adjusting pre-production in strain to not more than 3 kg/strain, with appropriate pressures for the obtaining of the wine, yolk of great quality. The processing is done in stainless steel tanks and after a period of resting in bottle, comes out to the market to show its freshness and vividness.Straw-yellow colour, bright. Aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, on a background of aromatic herbs. Refreshing. In the mouth repeats the sensations of the nose, large entrance, very fruity and fresh.
