Calabizo vegan chorizo is made with the following ingredients: pumpkin, onion, it, cayenne, oregano, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
It is a novel product, since it is the first vegan chorizo that is made following the same traditional recipe, substituting pumpkin for meat.
By carrying out the entire production process as in a traditional Galician chorizo, the result is a vegetable chorizo, Calabizo, with a flavor very similar to the usual Galician chorizo.
The Calabizo is cured and smoked with oak wood, as the best artisan chorizo on the market.
