Description
This is a collection that was born from the idea of working with traditional varieties and of recovering those indigenous varieties that are well established in the area with which until now only wines had been made in a traditional way.
It is a very limited edition of wines, in which very few bottles are made since the amount of grapes of these unique varieties is very small. Further, represents an added effort for winegrowers, knowledgeable about the exact location of each of the plants of the different varieties, since they have to harvest them separately and bring them to the winery at the optimum moment of maturity to be able to make the wines, guaranteeing traceability.

The Señorío de Rubiós winery
Our winery was born from an old idea that haunted several residents of the area who were looking for a way to value and promote the already well-known red wines of Rubiós.
So, At the end of the year 2003 The first partners laid the foundations for this idea and founded Señorío de Rubiós, which currently has more than 100 partners who work to place Rubiós wine in the place that has always corresponded to it, by tradition, for its castes and for the quality of its wines.
Señorío de Rubiós is a different winery within the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, since it is committed to the production with indigenous red varieties without ceasing to pamper the production of white wines.
