Méthode Traditionnelle. 90% by Xarel·lo (harvest 2004) and run in February 2005. Over 109 months aging in the cava. Served with the original bottle, cork stopper with clamp and without sticking. The presence of lees natural yeasts. A brut great natural reserves of which have only been developed 1.000 bottles.
