Méthode Traditionnelle. 90% by Xarel·lo (harvest 2004) and run in February 2005. Over 109 months aging in the cava. Served with the original bottle, cork stopper with clamp and without sticking. Tasting notes: LOXAREL – 109 OF LOXAREL GROSS NATURE (ESPUMOSO CLASSIC PENEDÈS)

  • View: Pale gold and cloudy. Fine bubble, delicate and persistent.
  • Nose: Great aromatic complexity. Notes of ripe fruit, citrus, pastry shop (vanilla, cream and brioche) from the long aging in bottle (autolysis).
  • Mouth: Structured, crispy and creamy. Extraordinarily fruity, with good acidity and freshness. Apricot and peach confit, with a carbonic interesting.

The Winery

The cellar Loxarel He born of the vocation and the innovative spirit of Josep Mitjans that, with only sixteen years, developed their first 1.000 bottles of sparkling wine, thus breaking with the tradition of the production of bulk wine of the estate.
