Wine Godeval Revival

Bodegas Godeval presents this limited series of 6.600 bottles, result of the selection of the grapes, from his vineyard iconic “Pancho”, one of the most ancient of the property, and marked by its soil, slate and a special microclimate, within the Atlantic climate continental that affects the region ourensana de Valdeorras.Godeval Revival manifested throughout the component and aromatic taste of the variety godello, once submitted the grapes, a process of criomaceración. Wine This Calls Barrica Godello 2015

This is 100% godello harvested by hand in boxes. The grapes had a cold maceration and pressed at low pressures. The racking was performed cold at 8 ° C. The juice fermented in new barrels 225 liters, half of American oak and half in French oak fine-grained.
