Production process Northeast Gin

NORDÉS is a Geneva-based part of a distillate slowly and quietly. For obtaining of the brandy-wine, that is the soul of the product, it uses a portion of local grape galician variety albariño. The distillate is mariza with maceration of 12 botanical proximity and overseas. In addition to juniper, account with several wild gallegos as the hierbaluisa, bay leaves or eucalyptus. It also incorporates the salicornia, – a marine plant – cardamom, peppermint, ginger, hibiscus, black tea from Ceylon, sage and quina.

Graduation: 40 degrees.

Raw materials and manufacturing :
Distilled from wine Albariño and select botanicals like lemon wild Galician, juniper, cardamom, Quinine, ginger, hibiscus, licorice, has, hierbaluisa, laurel, Salicornia, gorse, caralleira grass or eucalyptus.

Organoleptic characteristics:
To view Transparency.
To the nose Geneva high aromatic intensity, with notes of white flowers, marialuisa and ginger, in harmony with balsamic notes of eucalyptus, laurel and mint. Delicate floral and fruity aromas, accompanied by a note subtle juniper.
To the mouth The fresh, fruity notes, with memories retronasales of laurel and juniper.

TIPS for NORDÉS:

Conservation: As a general rule, in well-ventilated areas and away from sources of heat.

Recommendation of consumption: Although by their character, scented it may seem unorthodox to mix with the tonic, you go over the expectations is always that the tonic you use is dry and bitter. By its aromatic character, it is nice in a drink alone and very cold. Perfect serve: with tonic, ice, carpaccio of grape and a leaf of laurel.
