This year has been the turn of san Sebastian.The grapes of Nice to Meet You Sebastian comes from selected strains of the upper area of the farm cellar. The soils are clayey-loamy and base-granite. After the harvest, the grains of Albariño macerated 12th of temperature on fine lees Godello and Treixadura. This process lasts about two months, during which they are performed battonages weekly.
