Nice to Meet You Sebastian is a white wine of the D. O. Rías Baixas produced by Adegas Castrobrey. Nice to Meet You Sebastian is part of the collection launched by Adegas Castrobrey to celebrate their 30 years of operation. Every add wants to be a tribute to a city with which the winery keeps a special relationship. This year has been the turn of san Sebastian.
The grapes of Nice to Meet You Sebastian comes from selected strains of the upper area of the farm cellar. The soils are clayey-loamy and base-granite. After the harvest, the grains of Albariño macerated 12th of temperature on fine lees Godello and Treixadura. This process lasts about two months, during which they are performed battonages weekly. After this phase, the different varieties are assembled, and begin a minimum of six months in stainless steel tanks. Before marketing, Nice to Meet You Sebastian rests for a further three months in bottle.
Color: straw-yellow, clean, bright and intense with touches of green.
Aroma: Aroma of white fruits, herbs of vanity and fund mineral.
Mouth: Cool, fructoso, untuoso, good step in the mouth, long and persistent, with touches of citrus. And balanced with the acidity well integrated.

It is the albariño mores pure Bodegas Marqués de Vizhoja. A Rays Baixas produced 100% with grapes own selected and collected manually in 38 hectares of its own vineyards of the finca La Moreira.
