Pale yellow with golden highlights, crystal clear. Fine and abundant tears. It has an excellent flavour and pronounced aroma, intense, delicate, elegant and fruity with hints of apple, white flowers and lees. The palate is light, soft and tasty, some fat, untuoso, dulcedumbre, fresh and good acidity. Its sour and sweet touches give balance and make it a very personal wine, with a marked structure. Very easy to drink and pleasant. Some length with a slight bitter finish. Very personal and great typicality. -

Attractive straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bright and clean. Glyceric, Teardrop slow fall. -
White Wine Godello: Guitián ( 2020 )
Guitian Godello 2021 is a white wine grape varietal that has rested godello 6 months in tanks and bottled without malolactic fermentation. Excellent evolution of the wine in the bottle, to tones of higher complexity, where, in addition to arise aromas of kerosene, honey, bark of bitter orange and dried fruits, with a mouth that is fresh and full of aromatic sensations. -

Delicate, fresh and soft. A very characteristic white. Exquisite flavor is very easy to drink and enjoy. -
Vino Tinto Valdeorras Mencia: Fifth part
Covered and intense cherry red color, with purple trim, bright and alive. Nose aromas of ripe red fruits,( you must, currants and blueberries), licorice and some mineral rest. Upon entry into the mouth it is vigorous and intense , fruit, fresh and balanced with noticeable tannins, Very aromatic and persistent, clean retronasal with floral notes, to end a long pleasantly lingering aftertaste. With good structure, and noble tannins, but elegant, no bother and pleasant. -

Wine red Valdeorras: ALBAR
Bright garnet red, a good initial and final pass pleasant mouth, with good structure. Nose, tannins own variety is appreciated. I came recommended for red meats, cheeses, etc. -
Wine red Valdeorras Mencia: PINGADELO
Ruby garnet intenso, bright. Aroma of correct intensity, with mineral notes and some fruitiness. The palate is light, with little body, acidillo and with few nuances.
