NORDÉS is a Geneva-based part of a distillate slowly and quietly. For obtaining of the brandy-wine, that is the soul of the product, it uses a portion of local grape galician variety albariño. The distillate is mariza with maceration of 12 botanical proximity and overseas. In addition to juniper, account with several wild gallegos as the hierbaluisa, bay leaves or eucalyptus. It has an excellent flavour and pronounced aroma, intense, delicate, elegant and fruity with hints of apple, white flowers and lees.The palate is light, soft and tasty, some fat, untuoso, dulcedumbre, fresh and good acidity. Its sour and sweet touches give balance and make it a very personal wine, with a marked structure. Very easy to drink and pleasant. Some length with a slight bitter finish. Very personal and great typicality. -

Intense aroma, noted for their complexity, finesse and elegance, which clearly appreciate fruity notes. Very smooth entry, but with adequate acidity, is presented with a range of fruit flavors, highlighting its great persistence and overall sense of roundness.
