    VIEW Bright, clear, greenish-yellow,.
    NOSE Wine intense, complex, with aromas of white fruit type apple and pineapple, with a background of citrus and floral that denotes freshness and youth.
    MOUTH friendly input, balanced, wide and fresh, with a final long and persistent, that invites one to continue drinking.

The winery

Abadia de Poblet, the only winery in Catalonia located within a historic monument úna the winemaking tradition of the monks of the Cistercian Order, from Burgundy, with the knowledge of the Conca de Barberà, a unique area that has managed to maintain the cultivation of native grapes. The philosophy of the new wines of the monastery, that recover varietals local (trepat, garrut and grenache primarily) is that convey the characteristics of the grapes that are made and the terroir in which they have been cultured. This is achieved, working in a non-invasive and recuprando winemaking techniques of the monks of the Cistercian Order.
