- View: Clean look and layer intense. Intense ruby-red colour with violet trim.
- Nose: Intense nose with aromas of ripe fruit and balsamic, that give way to spicy notes
from aging in american oak. - Mouth: Wine meaty, acidity well integrated, highlighting a round tannins that provides good volume and persistence in the mouth. In the aftertaste you can appreciate aromas of licorice.
The winery
County Haza – The Château de Alejandro Fernandez
The farm has a mantle continuous near 200 acres of excellent strains of Tempranillo. On the banks of the Douro River, a land converted into mythical, and to the vera of poplars, willow and poplar, grow the vineyards of Alejandro Fernández from the year 1987.
Had to wait until 1993 for County Haza out a whole farm, self-sufficient, in the whole process of the vine to the bottle takes place indoors.
To facilitate the work and to refine their wines to the structure of this wine cellar is designed passing through a hill, for the ships of parenting where they sleep 3.000 new barrels, and the wine rack, in a tunnel 200 m. length excavated to almost 30 m. under the vineyard, keep naturally the temperature and humidity conditions ideal for the preservation of wine.
