Product typical galician obtained as a result of mortise rib and pork belly at the blind pig, smoked and cured.

Ingredients: Tips of rib and pork belly, will, dextrin, soy protein, sugar, phosphates ( E-450i, E-451i), antioxidant (E-316, acidulant ( E-575), cayenne, natural garlic, conservatives ( E-250 and E-252) and dextrose.

Description

Meat product typical galician resulting from the mixture of rib and other ingredients obtained from pork, conveniently seasoned and sausages in blind, also pork, that subsequently undergo a process of smoking and curing.

Its consumption is done prior to cooking.
TEXTURE: Firm and compact to the touch on the outside; while the inside has a texture hebrosa and non-homogeneous, depending on the portion that is sup.
COLOURING AND APPEARANCE TO THE COURT: The court presented a heterogeneous appearance and is not very linked; intense red color, defined by the raw material and seasoning.
AROMA AND TASTE: Intense Aroma of sausage, marinated and smoked, and once ready for the consumption, predominates the smell of lean cooked; pleasant taste , spicy and with a balanced ratio of sweet/salty.
THE FORM AND EXTERNAL APPEARANCE: Defined by the shape of the gut, with the texture and roughness characteristic of the same. Its shape is oval, the wrapper has no tears and is completely filled with the mass and well attached to the same.
