Ribeira Sacra is an appellation of origin established in 1997. The Regulatory Council of Ribeira Sacra has three essential tasks: guarantee the origin of the product, to ensure the quality and promote the wines produced under the appellation of origin (OD).
The D. O. Ribeira Sacra is divided into five sub-areas: Amandi, Chant, Quiroga-Bibei, Ribeiras do Miño and Ribeiras do Sil.

The wine Don Bernardino Young,it is produced in the own wine cellar, which is located in an ancient building of stone, in Sta. Cross Brosmos, in the municipality of Sober province of Lugo. It was renovated and modernized in the year 1.999, equipping it with the latest technology in winemaking. Since then and until the present day, it produced wines of great quality, due to their careful, special and artesal selection of the raw material. -
