The characteristics of the harvest 2017, well ripened grape and excellent health, have determined the moment to opt for the vinification of a Godello wine fermented in new French oak barrels from 500 liters, which has subsequently been raised on its fine lees for 4 months.Cata: Yellow colour with greenish nacreous reflections , with an atractive fresh look. It has an excellent flavour and pronounced aroma. It is intense, delicate, elegant with hints of a tree fruit. The palate is light, soft and tasty. Its sour and sweet touches give balance and make it a very personal wine, with a marked structure.White Wine Red House – The Orange Republic

Processes wine used in its preparation have been adequate in order to respect the typicity varietal.The wine Javier Vasallo maintains the balance of the primary aromas of fruit of the native varieties of their origin: Treixadura, Godello, Albariño and Loureira and spicy aromas provided by a subtle wood, they convey the flavor and the aroma of this earth: Ribeiro.The harvest of 2015, will the history of the Ribeiro as one of the best in quantity and quality.
