Tasting notes: Single varietal round Tempranillo wine with ruby color and purple undertones. On the nose we can find the presence of species such as pepper and balsamic touches. We can also find sweet touches reminiscent of caramel and red berries, its main and dominant characteristic is the memory of ripe plums. With a pleasant passage through the mouth and a soft structure with character, has a persistent and friendly taste.
The winery
Celler Blanch is now a young company that reactivates a long-standing family project.
The Blanch family's origins related to agriculture go back more than 300 years ago with references written from the 1736. The fruits of the earth as well as the relationship with it, aroused the desire to go a step further in the evolution and treatment of grapes. Joan Blanch Mestre started a small business of wine making and marketing in one year 1965.
Currently, the third generation has considered looking for its place in the market, focusing its work on the essence of the product., the characteristics of the land and the grape to obtain wines of the highest quality.
