Description
Tasting notes: Promise
Tasting notes: Light in color with salmon pink tones, bright and clean. On the nose we can find white flowers that remind us of spring, with a background of ripe fruit like pear and hints of red licorice. Marked acidity in the mouth that provides great freshness and at the same time a very Mediterranean aniseed touch to the fruits. The wine lengthens in the mouth with a very pleasant taste that invites you to enjoy it.
The winery
Celler Blanch is now a young company that reactivates a long-standing family project.
The Blanch family's origins related to agriculture go back more than 300 years ago with references written from the 1736. The fruits of the earth as well as the relationship with it, aroused the desire to go a step further in the evolution and treatment of grapes. Joan Blanch Mestre started a small business of wine making and marketing in one year 1965.
Currently, the third generation has considered looking for its place in the market, focusing its work on the essence of the product., the characteristics of the land and the grape to obtain wines of the highest quality.
