Description

Tasting notes: Identity

Tasting notes: Single-varietal wine from Subirat Parent of the Malvasías family. Light and bright gold color. Very expressive aromas, elegant and sophisticated, reminiscent of local aromatic plants and orange blossom. Dry and creamy in the mouth with fruity nuances and marked acidity for long aging and evolution. All thanks to the careful fermentation in chestnut barrels that integrates tannins in a complex way combining all the elements.

The winery

Celler Blanch is now a young company that reactivates a long-standing family project.

The Blanch family's origins related to agriculture go back more than 300 years ago with references written from the 1736. The fruits of the earth as well as the relationship with it, aroused the desire to go a step further in the evolution and treatment of grapes. Joan Blanch Mestre started a small business of wine making and marketing in one year 1965.

Currently, the third generation has considered looking for its place in the market, focusing its work on the essence of the product., the characteristics of the land and the grape to obtain wines of the highest quality.
