- View: Straw-yellow with high brightness.
- Nose: Varietal Aromas in which the apple and the pear are shown at the same time that the tropical fruits such as pineapple and lime. It also appears some memory mineral.
- Mouth: After a smooth entrance we have a step for a fresh mouth, herbaceous with a touch of mineral. With an acid without edges, end of mouth with a good persistence.
The winery
The philosophy of this winery is based on the conservation of vineyards prefiloxéricos (with more than 150 years old), of native varieties and in the recovery of varieties almost extinct. Five generations of winegrowers for more than 150 years have continued the tradition. A meticulous and rigorous work in the field to get a grape of the best quality, faithful to the philosophy of Javier Sanz Viticulturist: intervene as little as possible in the development process.
Javier Sanz Viticulturist account with 104 hectares of vineyards on the property, what that allows it to control the development of plants. Among these vineyards, we find true treasures of the vine, as the vineyard prefiloxérico of The Payment of Grasshopper.
