The conjunction of several indigenous strains of O Rosal vineyard, presents Albariño Santiago Ruiz O.D.. Rias Baixas. Its distinctive yellow color with greenish reflections show, clearly, one of the best and most prestigious brands of wines from Galicia, both quality, and exquisite flavor.
In its manufacturing process, after macerated different varieties (Albariño, greater proportion, mixed with Loureiro, Caiño White, Treixadura and Godello), grapes are pressed under controlled pressure in an automatic press. Then, followed by fermentation, reared on lees. Hence, final result: a live taste, powerful and well-structured.
Ultimately, Santiago Ruiz is an intense wine, which mates with multiple prescriptions and, after tasting, transferred to the dream world of the landscapes of Galicia. Not forgetting, denomination Rías Baixas, undisputed protagonist within the world of wine.
