It is made exclusively from very ripe grapes from the oldest vineyards. The development process is based on an old and traditional method adapted to modern technology winery, consisting of whole bunches macerate for several days under a carbon dioxide atmosphere. Later, after pressing, it ends with the alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures between 18-20 ° C.
Tasting notes
Golden yellow with greenish reflections. The nose has a good aromatic intensity, dominating the fruity aromas of apple, peach, pineapple, on a subtle and elegant background of white flowers. In the mouth the wine is fresh, glyceric, with body and a slightly bitter finish that gives a great personality and complexity.
