Best run juice are selected to ferment in Bordeaux barrels new oak Galician, where they remain with their lees for a period of about four months and "batonnage", moved from the daily lees. After bottling remains for a few months in bottle before going to market.

Tasting notes
Lemon yellow with golden reflections. The nose has a good aromatic intensity, where the ripe fruit typical of the grape variety combine, with the typical aromas of barrel aging, as spicy, coffee, vanilla and coconut. The palate is very dense, glyceric, long and great aromatic persistence.
