Adega Don Bernardino you have more than 50 years of history producing wines of the Ribera Sacra. The wine Don Bernardino Young,it is produced in the own wine cellar, which is located in an ancient building of stone, in Sta. Cross Brosmos, in the municipality of Sober province of Lugo. It was renovated and modernized in the year 1.999, equipping it with the latest technology in winemaking. Since then and until the present day, it produced wines of great quality, due to their careful, special and artesal selection of the raw material. -

It is a wine of a very limited production which is our ultimate pride, whose grapes have been selected in a rigorous way in centuries-old vineyards. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and other 12 months between preparation and bottle, achieving a perfect balance where the fruit blends with the funds toasty oak. Cherry red, with edges garnets. Intense aroma, rich in fruit expression and mineral, background toasted wood and ripe fruit. Mouth tasty, tannins are very mature and appropriate acidity, concentrate, memories of ripe clusters, skins. Long and elegant.
