Wine Martin Codax Organistrum 2020

Organistrum is the only one of our albariños partially produced in barrels. It is introduced four months in French oak barrels allier. The first month and a half is applied batonage eight months later it kept in steel tanks.

You made from a selection of grapes coming from the plots oriendas southeast, Albariño Organistrum called as this peculiar instrument that requires two people to be touched. At present there are only two copies and one of them is used by the Antiga Music Group Martin Códax in their performances. Thanks to Maestro Mateo, it carved in the Portico of Glory before it disappeared, Martin Códax could recover.

Description

TASTING NOTES
FASE VISUAL: Straw yellow with intense sparkles gold. Clean and very bright. Shows some smoothness in the cup, watery, dense and fluid that allow you to discover your character glyceric.
Olfactory phase : Nose of medium intensity with complex aromas where there is a perceived fruity important, along with a fund lightly toasted. Subtle, where fresh fruit with notes of vegetable moist predominate wrapping the nuances of a wood very clean
Palate: Impress your elegance in the mouth. Wide at the entrance, very well supported by the toasty and the fruit in the evolution, acidity integrated that does not highlight to be quite tasty and ample in nuances.
