Ladairo Mencia Barrica wine is a red wine from the cellar in Ladairo Do Kyung-soo. Monterrei is mostly made from grapes Mencia with a small percentage of Arauxa (name that is known to Tempranillo) and Merenzao.
The vinification of the Ladairo Mencía barrel wine is carried out separately according to the variety. Make the blend after macerating and fermenting each of the varieties. To finish the process, Ladairo Barrica red wine goes to French and American oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and rests for 8 months.
