The grape harvest began on the day 6 October in "Vineyard Zaconia" with the white grape varieties, the day 9 October in "The Viña Tondonia Estate" with red varieties and finalized the 30 October after harvest "Viña Cubillas" and "Viña Bosconia".
Aging
Aging in barrels during 3 years, subject to 2 fillings per year.
Bottled
Clarified with egg whites. Bottled unfiltered.
