Mara Moura Rosado is made with bastard grape (merenzao), one of the oldest and minority autochthonous varietals in Galicia, that is practically extinct. It is a very fresh grape with an important mineral and spicy component, but it has very little color and very fine skin., making it perfect for making rosé wines.

Description

  • Step Visual: Pale pink color with very low layer.
  • Olfactory phase: Very high intensity. Aromas of semi-ripe red fruit, accompanied by flower essences of jasmine and violets and rounded off by complex notes of aromatic herbs.:
  • Palate: Oily, with structure of “black white”. Cool, long and persistent.
