COLOR : Pale petal pink color with bluish reflections.
AROMA: Expressive wine of high aromatic intensity, with citrus notes (grapefruit and tangerine) and tropical (pineapple and mango) on a floral background (jasmine) and fresh aromatic herbs (thyme and mint).
GUSTATORY: Pleasant and sweet attack with a smooth and balanced mouth. Slightly acid finish that makes it long and sweet.
PAIRING: Combines perfectly with all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine such as salads, grilled vegetables, blue fish and shellfish. Ideal for aperitif. Great companion for tapas or sushi.
