VIEW: Straw yellow with slightly golden tones. Clean and bright.
NOSE: Floral notes that stand out on citrus, light toasts give it aromatic complexity. Intense and perfumed.
MOUTH: Fruity sensation of maturity accompanied by an acidity that prolongs it in the mouth, with an ending reminiscent of yellow fruits, aromas of white flowers and a sweet body, long. It is a wine that invites you to enjoy it in company.
The vineyard from which it comes is known as “Chardonnay Chamaco”. It is a vineyard with very limited production as it is a poor terrain on a slope. This gives the grapes a particular concentration..
The harvest 2019 it was marked by a dry winter and a rainy spring followed by a dry summer. The production of this wine is 1.200 bottles.
