Staple of traditional Galician, turnip greens contribute to healthy food diet rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. Because of its low intake of calories and low in fat turnip greens are recommended for weight loss diets. In addition turnip greens contain glucosinolates, compounds of established anticancer effects.

Ideal to consume wines, creams, Scrambled, tortillas ... and the traditional "ham and turnip tops".
