Albariño / Rias Baixas: Altos de Torona Godello
Altos de Torona Rosal belongs to the O.D.. Rias Baixas, specifically, the subzone of O Rosal. Composed by the grape varieties Albariño, caiño and Loureira and that has an annual production of 40.000 bottles.
Vintage manual separately and different varieties once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness. Crumpled, destemmed and cold macerated. Temperature-controlled fermentation to transform into wine. Ageing on the fine lees for four months, providing greater smoothness and uniqueness wine.
Tall wine with mystical resonances. Strong personality, result of "blend" of our varieties (Albariño, laurel and Cain). Complex aromatic journey, where they converge, and fresh fruit and mature. High intensity, with nuances of fruit with bone and touches of tropical passion fruit and mango. Wine greedy, structured, with a vivacity stabbing that balances its passage through the palate. Long finish. While respecting the aromas and flavors of the varieties.
