Ladybug Albariño Martin Codax winery has come to become the first Albariño Semi-Dry history.
Albariño Marieta 2014, it is a type of wine ever produced and marketed in the name: Albariño 100% with 14 gr./l residual sugar. It is a new way, young, fresh and fun to enjoy the Albariño.

Marieta during the preparation of alcoholic fermentation in a natural way is paralyzed by using cold thus achieving their unique characteristics.

Testing the albariño Marieta

Albariño, a lemon yellow with reflections, whose appeal lies in its acidity, which it allows it to remain a refreshing wine and invites a second glass. The nose has a high intensity with notes of peach, ripe apple and melon, providing a greedy mouth and intense step. A bubble point lijera, the aftertaste is very nuts and citrus.

TASTING NOTES

FASE VISUAL: Yellow Color with greenish lemon Olfactory phase: High intensity, notes of fruit white pulp type pear, apple, peladillo and melon. Presents a background of citrus orange. Palate: Light tip of bubble, step sweet and intense. Presents an aftertaste very fruity, and citrus. CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

  • RESIDUAL SUGAR: 14 g/l

Alcoholic fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks. Is interrupted prior to completion by the employment of cold, so Marieta contains 14gr./L. of residual sugar.
