DEVELOPMENT (VINIFICATION) Yellow Tail Chardonnay is made with grapes from vineyards of the highest quality. The fruit is pressed gently to extract the maximum freshness and flavor. The fresh grape clarified is fermented using a selection of different yeast strains. This adds complexity and texture to the wine end. The maturation of the lees of yeast, the malolactic fermentation and oak is used to impart creamy flavors of nougat, add richness and balance the acidity.

  • Nose: Presents a wide variety of rich aromas of tropical fruits, lemon, peach, a touch spicy, and a background of vanilla that is maintained during the tasting.
  • Mouth: The lemon, the melon and peach are combined in perfect balance with a creamy sensation in the mouth, and a prolonged end of peach and spices. This is a nice wine, refreshing and with a point-of-citrus completed with a subtle touch of toasted oak.

The family-owned winery Casella Wines it belongs to the business group australian Yellow Tail and has its vineyards in the lands of Yenda (Australia). The family Casella has links wine dating back 6 generations to Italy. Yellow Tail wines are created with a simple philosophy – to make a great wine that everyone can enjoy. This wine is everything a great wine should be: accessible, fresh and full of flavor. Yellow Tail is one of the five most important wine brands in the world.

Their range of wines includes 8 varietal Yellow Tail (including Shiraz and Chardonnay), 3 mixtures and 1 sparkling white and rosé wine. The portfolio book includes 6 varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio. The Reserve wines are produced by John Casella and chief winemaker, Alan Kennett of Casella Wines, Australia.

With good structure, and noble tannins, but elegant, no bother and pleasant.
