Description
Tasting notes: CASELLA WINES (AUSTRALIA) – YELLOW TAIL CHARDONNAY
- View: Golden yellow, clean and very bright.
- Nose: Presents a wide variety of rich aromas of tropical fruits, lemon, peach, a touch spicy, and a background of vanilla that is maintained during the tasting.
- Mouth: The lemon, the melon and peach are combined in perfect balance with a creamy sensation in the mouth, and a prolonged end of peach and spices. This is a nice wine, refreshing and with a point-of-citrus completed with a subtle touch of toasted oak.
