Description
Tasting notes: Lalomba Rosé Ramón Bilbao 1.5L Magnum
Peach Pink, pale, bright and presence of tears.
Nose, It is clean, frank and fine. Complex in shades, where several aromatic families appear, mainly white fruit, fresh floral touches, citrus notes and hints of red fruit.
The palate is intense, balanced acidity, with a certain tannic presence in the mouth, that gives it volume and structure, perfectly integrated thanks to the contact time with the lees during processing.
In summary, it is a wine in harmony, balanced, in a young state, long haul, which will increase in complexity over time.
Serve at 11-13ºC. Ideal to take as an aperitif. Perfect companion to fatty fish, sushi or mussels.
The Winery:
One day, Ramón Bilbao found the answer; wine would be the currency that would allow him to travel the world. For months he devoted himself to calculating routes, winds, temperatures and to select their best wines for the expedition, and in spring 1924 part for strange lands. A constantly moving journey, accompanied from 1999 by the family business Diego Zamora S.A. With this union between strains, we have managed to maintain more than just a project, an idea of life that in 1971 became a corporation. A path passed down from generation to generation until 1966, year in which the founder of this dream passed away without descendants: Ramón Bilbao Well.
