Clean, bright, cherry red with garnet evolution. Nice on the nose, hints of ripe red berries and sweet sensations due to its time in the barrel. Balanced. Cool and stylish, fruit and oak notes. Half memory.

Very good with any type of meat and grilled potatoes. Fish and seafood a la marinera. Half-cured cheeses and desserts with berries. Good with rice and all kinds of pasta. Very good with beans and purees in general.
