Tasting notes: EZAR- 714 EZAR WHITE 2015
- View: Wine of pale yellow colour with sparkles green youth. Clean look, bright and crystal. Good tear well.
- Nose: rioja-white-organic-barrel-fermented-ezar-wine, very nice. Nose aromatic intensity average. Predominance of floral notes (white flowers) and fruit, both white fruit: quince, pera of San Juan, etc… like tropical fruit: maracuyá, pineapple, etc… Highlighting for its aroma, subtle and delicate.
- Mouth: Very nice. Entry in sweet mouth, surrounding, wide, with hints of a sweet tooth. The fruit appears to reflect, fair. It is soft and with a balanced acidity and youth. Post- pleasant taste and fine. Round and balanced.
The winery
714 Ezar Organic Wines is the project, personal and business, two of la rioja, Óscar Arpón Ochoa and Santi Ezquerro Marín, united in the same dream as themselves, they explain in their website:
“We are dos la rioja, moved by a dream, we share a football field to win victories over the years…we came together and we share a field. Atime surrounded by organic vineyards from that we extract the best grapes to bring you the best wines.
Each day we work our vineyards, hoping for the best from nature in order to then develop the best organic wines. We pay our vineyards by branches from the own vineyard. We protect our vineyards from possible fungi by a careful planting of vines which facilitates circulation of the air. Further, the increase of the diversity both within and around the vineyard, it preserves and enriches”.
