- Rich and complex bouquet that reveals aromas of acidulated and candied fruits (lemon) and notes of citrus peels, in which pollen is mixed (White flower), roasted hazelnut and Madagascar vanilla. With aeration, the bouquet is enriched with soft smoky and pastry notes from bottle aging.
- Mouth tasty, both concentrated and chalky. Incredible aromatic tension and precision are perfectly crafted. The entry into the mouth is powerful, elegant and focused, revealing the silky and enveloping texture typical of the mature structure of Pinot noirs from 2012.
Only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes directly from the house vineyard are used in the production of this legendary cuvée.. 60% of Pinot noir – 40% of Chardonnay -32% of wine vinified in wood (toneles de roble) with a weekly punch – No malolactic fermentation. The Cristal cuvée 2012 It is made from grands crus from the Mountain of Reims, the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs. 8 years of maturation in cavas - 8 months of rest after disgorgement.
